wanted to blog yesterday nite.. but..

so here i am trying to recall things.

dun get sad over the rehearsal kay..
u all still got some time left..
im sure u all can do it..

went down for aico rehearsal yesterday..
atmosphere was good and cool..
been some time since i last saw my juniors..
chatted away happily.. harhar..
then .. out of sudden.. one of the girl who calls mi names last time(sorry i forgot ur name).. apologises..
i didnt know wat to say.. except to laugh away and walk faster
current aico members.. if u happen to read this..
this is for u all..
cmon man.. look at the choir ppl who had practices earlier..
they seemed to enjoy their rehearsal..
most of the ppl smiling away..
im sure.. i can see that happening after the real syf..

some complain that student conductor dunno how to conduct...
in fact.. how many of u actually look at him for 'instructions'
i agree with wat ben said..
a good orchestra..
only 10% is dependent on the conductor..
the rest is actually dependent on every individual..
even if u replace the conductor with a metronome..
im sure good orchestra can play good music..
here are some dissapointment comments by ppl..
shant give any names.. coz maybe sensitive..
"i dare not close my eyes and feel the music..
coz it totally suck"
"forget abt the tai2 feng and dong4 zuo4..
just listen to that horrible music"
ok.. this is it..
i dunno if theres any politics amongst u all..
but.. leave all that aside..
and seriously prac hard till the syf day come..
20 odd days.. should be enough..
ok.. my point is not trying to say that u all nv prac..
maybe the method of practice is wrong..
can change a new method..
sure.. gotta work more on the yin zhun..
and the music..
gotta standardise between every sections.
and of course no tapping of feet..
plus.. the timing to enter the concert hall and leave must be short..
1 min plus would be good...

heard that some of u are nervous..
some were shaking till dunno whether u hit or miss the drums..
just relax..
think that ure now a great superstar..
and everyone out there..
wants to see ur best shot..
this is it.. ur mins of fame..
do it good and do it right..
im sure.. u all will be the 1st batch of aico to get the gold..
if im not wrong.. 1st batch or is it the nth batch..
